We are located in Podstrana. The place is located between two cities, Split and Omis. The house is located a few steps from the sea. We have a large yard where there are tables and chairs for each apartment, barbecue, swings, deck chairs, outdoor shower. From the yard you come to a pebble beach where there are deck chairs for each of our guests. The house has its own parking space. Each apartment has balconies overlooking the sea. Our guests adore our local products. Nearby there is a children's park, water park, playground with exercise equipment, small football and volleyball court. The position between the cities of Split and Omis offers a rich tourist offer, from historical sightseeing to adrenaline sports. Various boat trips to the islands are organized. Our area is rich in rocky and high mountains that from their peaks provide views of the sea and reveal all the diversity of this impressive world. Our mountains abound in hiking trails and facilities. Our rivers leave you breathless with their beauty.

Pebble beach We always welcome our guests with a welcome drink that we produce ourselves. In addition, our guests can taste and buy our homemade extra virgin olive oil, white and red wine, craft beer and prosecco - dessert wine made from sun-dried grapes.
We spent 10 nights here and all we can say is we will definitely be back. It was like coming home from the first minute. Everything was just right. On this way we would like to say thank you again to all of you for making it possible for us to make this holiday unforgettable.

We spent two weeks in the apartment. Everything that is written in the descriptions and shown in the pictures cannot conjure up the equipment of the apartment and the whole household, the unique position, the proximity of the sea and the view that is provided. Everything is much more beautiful in reality. The owners (Željko and Senka) are wonderful people who are available at all times and check if their guests are satisfied and if they need anything. Guests have the opportunity to buy local agricultural products (award-winning virgin olive oil, excellent white and red wines, walnuts, cherries, prosecco), and on departure each guest receives anchovies, olive oil and wine. The vacation we spent was one of the most beautiful, we really rested and relaxed and we believe we will come back to do it again.

We spent a week in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped (even better than on the pictures), the view is unique, the sea is almost connected to the terrace. In the large garden of the apartment each apartment had its own table in the shade and the terrace with a sea view is also available in each apartment. Grocery store is in the immediate vicinity and some restaurants as well. The owners are wonderful people who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Beach loungers that are right in front of the house on the beach are included in the overnight price. We were pleasantly surprised when the host prepared loungers for all his guests on the beach early in the morning while we were still sleeping, as many beach visitors were expected on that day and he wanted us to have the best seats. As you can see, the hosts are great people who gave us anchovies, olive oil and a bottle of red wine to say goodbye. If you want a quiet and nice vacation and a lot of relaxation, you've come to the right place.

A wonderful place located by the beach. Wonderful owners. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The perfect place to relax for families with children, young and old. Peace and quiet and the wonderful sound of the sea allow you to recharge your batteries after working all year round. We highly recommend.

A great place to come back to. We come here every year at the same time. A great base for exploring Dalmatia. One of the few apartments in Croatia located right next to the beach without having to go through the Jadranska Magistrala daily. Due to the closed terrace with separate tables for each room, a safe place for families with small children and for those who want to maintain social distance. Very good conditions, great hosts. I highly recommend it!

A great place, sensational and super comfortable apartment. Spending time on the terrace right next to the beach, evening playing cards and sipping wine with the sound of waves ... wonderfully. 08/20/2017. As we ride, unfortunately, back to their homes, I have to write a comment to our wonderful hosts let everyone hear! We were in a lot of places in the Adriatic but this is perfection. As my zet says "this is my best vacation ever". Teta Senka was our mom and Zeljko (little prince) dad. Whatever you need to do is contact them. The apartments are pure ten and the yard is even better. Beach and sea are far away ... long ... 8 meters Basically, summer vacations. In the courtyard you have local wine and local beers (I recommend both) and olive oil among the top 10 in Europe, what to say !? Book your apartment for the next year because the demand is great. And that's not all, we met our landowner, Bać, this is the same local legend, a real fisherman and angler :) I sincerely hope to see you soon. Great greeting from Slavonia

Great , Hospitality is on high level, there is much more beautiful than the pictures in the add. The view is fantastically beautiful. Location right on the pebble beach, beautiful garden and loungers are free. A parking for your car is directly available in the courtyard. Super bus connection to Split and Omis. We would not hesitate to come back here and rent the apartment. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We were with my wife on vacation in Croatia in 2013 and rented a suite at the family Karaman. B place to enjoy good, the house is fenced grow large palm and pine trees that give shade on hot days, the square in front of the house is lined with b smooth concrete, after which you can walk barefoot. Available are tables, chairs and sun loungers. Leaving behind the fence we enter directly onto the beach and into the sea. The owners are really very nice, accommodating, friendly and helpful at all times when we need. Every morning, Zeljko distributes its guests sun loungers on the beach. The owners so welcome us on Saturday a hearty dinner which was a great surprise to us. The rooms have AC unit in the price, the whole is kept in perfect order and cleanliness. The shop is at a distance of 200m restaurant 100m, and is next to a cafe. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday of 2013. we greet you Anna and the Polish Roman

What can I say .. apartment is equipped, clean and new ... great and fenced yard (for young children, especially those who are learning to walk, perfect). Palm trees that were in the yard provide irreplaceable shade. Showers in the courtyard for those sensitive to salty sea; loungers, swings, local peaches, squash, .. aunt Senka and Zeljko who are parents. BBQ, beach, fridge in the yard, beer and wine are at the appropriate temperature, it was wonderful to us, we will come back rests, that's for sure. Once again, a huge thank you for everything! Thank you, that could be your guests. We spent at you some of the best moments of the summer. The house is in fact much better than the pictures, close to the sea, if necessary, you can relax in the yard in the shade of palm trees, evenings can be spent on the terrace while watching the sunset. The area is a lot of interesting places to visit. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly people. Place recommended for families with small children, because the area is fenced. Rooms fully equipped. We spent here a wonderful vacation (July 2015) .... The proximity to the beach is a big asset to this place. Both the apartment and the yard very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing missing. A lot of green. Beautiful palm trees. Great sunrises and sunsets. Peace and quiet ... and that's what we expected. It was a great. Plaza ok. I love that privat plaza that this morning waiting chairs. Lord and mistress very very friendly, always available. Very quiet place for a good rest. It's nice that the beach is so close that you can Cook and you immediately on the beach. Very, very nice, we had and we recommend it to families with children. Are we'll come back and also your friends recommendations.

Our family with two adults and three children (age 9, 11 and 14) enjoyed our stay here. Most important was the closeness to the sea and that it was easy to get there by local buses from/to Split and Omis. We met great hospitality and very helpful staff. Calm, clean, relaxed place and also a playground and football pitch for the children. We enjoyed the wine and olive oil of the house, a trip to the local church and to Omis and a hike in the hillside. Steep, warm and wonderful! We have recommended this place to friends and family.

House Karo, I was already more than 10 times, since in 80 ', a dream location, the tranquility, the sunsets each evening beautifully. The owner very friendly and nice Celebrate the dawn, any wishes be felt immediately. If I'm back in the home and can not sleep, I close my eyes thinking about the waves that roll over pebbles in the night and then I do not need sleep more songs, it's lovely with an open window to sleep there. So what can I say I am delighted with the first time and while I still can, I will be a guest there. The enclosed terrace is perfect for families with children. Best Regards

I was in Croatia in many places Lovran near Opatija, Novi Vinodolski, Sveti Filip i Jacob, Zuljana on Peljesac, I drove whole Jadranska magistrala. Everywhere was lovely, but I always return to the apartment (this year it is for the fourth time). Beautiful views, the only one (at this price) apartment located practicaly on the beach - you don\'t need to carry all the beach equipment, u don\'t need to look for free space on the beach, beacuse u are on the beach all the time! If you don\'t want to lay on the beach you can stay at the terrace having drinks under the palms and you are stille 3 metres from the sea! The place is ideally located for trips to Split, Krk National Park Dubrovnik, Sibenik and Trogir. The owners are extremely nice and very hospitable. Now, I can say that Zeljko, Senka Karaman and Željana Krželj Ex Karaman are my friends.
