Hello. Apartment 90 sqm. 2 bathrooms, large living room, new TV, air conditioning, fully equipped (from a fork, pot, etc. to a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, board). Large terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea. Decent close to the beach and other shops, bakeries. Great owners from start to finish. We sincerely recommend it. If I ever go back to Croatia, the place will be at Tomo and Anica's. I greet the owners.

I recommend to all who choose a large group (7 people) in very convenient conditions. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room with three separate beds (for children). Well equipped kitchen, living room with air conditioning and TV. Everything new and comfortable. On the terrace a table and a mini grill and an umbrella that you will not forget

Extra good comfort that I and my family had in the 8th month in the Saric apartment. Everything was great from the beach to the cheap restaurants .... the host was friendly and helpful at all times .... I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a nice vacation ........

Location ok, apartment ok, beach ok, bakery ok but owners not ok. Mr Saric lived under us and often he had complaints: children are running, doors are not closed enough, air conditioning is running too often and so on. Every complaint was made with such terrible and unpleasant way and look on his face. Even my morning smiley hello did not receive any respond but just this unpleasant look. At first minutes of my stay I thought I'll come here in future, now I know it would\'t be good for my nerves. I hope Mr. Saric can't delete this opinion. I do not recomend this place for people with children. Besides the owner, the placement of beds is useless for people with children.
Great hospitality of our hosts. Always on the safe and full of good advice on "good plans" of Podstrana and surroundings. The apartment is centrally located and allows to travel to Split, Omis bus, car or on foot to the beach. Bakery, pizzeria, restaurants. The air conditioning was welcome by these high temperatures. All I can say is that my family and I had a great time in Podstrana and Split! Its so near to Split but still you have peace and quiet we needed soo much. Nice view on the sea, near restaurant which is soo cheap so we didnt have to cook anything and apartment was very comfortable and clean. 200 m from beautifull beaches and clear sea, also the host was very helpfull and always on disposal. Great time!
