Air conditioners are installed in four apartment units. We accept a discount for children. The apartments are located in a family house in Podaca, on the Makarska Riviera. All apartments have their own spacious and private balconies with a beautiful view of the sea and Vala beach, about 150 meters away. The house is surrounded by a large garden and greenery of olive and citrus trees. A barbecue/fireplace is available to guests as well as a fenced yard terrace for resting in the shade but also suitable for playing with children. In front of the house is our own parking lot for all guests. The apartments have been renovated with new furniture for a comfortable stay. The house is located in the center of Podaca and is 20 km from Ploče, 35 km from Makarska, 100 km from Split, 120 km from Dubrovnik and about 60 km from Međugorje.

Prices include tourist tax and parking. The reservation must be confirmed by paying an advance payment to our account. It is not refundable if the reservation is canceled within 30 days from the day of arrival, but if we are able, we will be happy to offer you another date in the same season. In the case of a refund, it is reduced by the cost of the return transfer. Arrival time is from 14:00 and departure time is until 10:00. Smoking is only allowed outside, ie on the terrace/balcony. We have been spending our summers here since 2022 and all recommendations for hosts and apartments. Lots of greenery around the apartment and in front, no noise. We will be back next year.

Stula Apartments - lovely and friendly hosts. Studio apartments are clean, tidy with all the necessary equipment. Large terraces overlooking the sea. Small beach only 3 minutes on foot. The pictures of the apartment match the real look. Overall, I highly recommend it. I also bought their homemade olive oil of excellent quality and taste ..

We have already been here for thr the fifth year. Every year we returnhere because of kindness, helpfulness and proper relations of respective owners. Apartments are newly furnished, spacious with a nice terrace overlooking the sea, where it is a pleasure to sit in the evening in good company, they are kept clean and tidy. The beach is not far away, where there is also plenty of shade. The owners are hospitable and always available if you need anything. Staying in the apartment, this is suitable for families with small children, for all those who want to stay in a quiet environment. It is possible hiking hill Bijokovo, morning recreation. In any case, I would recommend my friends and the others. We looking forward for another visit.

The right place for family vacation. I spend a lot of time with my family and are always happy to go back. A nice ambience, a boss to call, very accommodating and friendly. Everything is at your fingertips: shops, beach, parking .... Great greeting for Stul's family, especially for my dear work I always come to meet and when it is impossible to find me a place to stay.
