Apartments Nikolić - Podaca - Split region

Spent in the app Nikolic very nice holiday. Apartment spacious, clean, well equipped, has two balconies - always on one is the shadow. The hosts friendly and accommodating. The house is situated close to the center of the village, but at a distance from the main road and not bothered by noise. You can use two pebbly beaches, one goes to approx. 10 min., The other 15.

Great place to go with children. Nice quiet area close to the beach, the perfect base for longer trips as well as for evening walks. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. The rooms clean, yet actual condition improved from that shown in the pictures. Highly recommended - we are going back next year.

Very nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable apartments. Excellent access to the sea (approx. 200 m). The landlady very helpful and nice. Podaca is a quiet place suitable for holidays for families with children. If we go again in the future to Croatia, then in Podaca ... :-)

It's not surprising that we have been to this tiny, quiet village for three times already. The location is beautiful with a lot of places nearby that worth visiting. We couldn't imagine a better place for relaxing by the sea. The beach is not crowded with tourist. The firendly, hospitable owners recommended us several wonderful landmarks and tourist attractions that we could visit from Podaca (within a few hours drive). For instance: Korcula, Mostar, Stone, Makarska, Dubrovnik...The appartments are clean, comfortable, well equipped and have amazing views.

Holidays spent in this place 3 times already. This year also going there. Wonderful, friendly people and family atmosphere make holiday specify the even more magical. The apartments are very well maintained and fully equipped. I hope that many more times I'll be able to host at your Nikolić. I highly recommend!

We spend a vacations at familly Nikolic since 2006. I would recommend this place to anyone. This year we will be there for the ninth time and certainly not the last :) Fantastic nice people, very good conditions and a great base for exploring Dubronik, Split, Mostar and other wonderful places in magical Croatia!

Rooms very clean, just like the pictures. The air conditioning worked. Very nice and contact the hosts. Place a small, peaceful and quiet at night. Two rocky beaches, quite narrow, but rather for swimmers. The area very good pizza cheese on the sea addition to the sea in Podacy are beautiful mountains of designated hiking trails. Even a weak walkers recommend a trip to the abandoned old Podacy on a mountain slope, about 50 minutes asphalt. Amazing views. Good place to base Dubrovnik, Ston and Makarska.

The apartment is great. It has everything a guest needs. It is located between two beaches just a couple of minutes far. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The beaches are beautiful, no crowds, the sea is very clean. There is a promenade all the way to Gradac. Podaca is a nice quiet place, perfect for a family vacation without the stress.

Accommodation committee to level. Family of domestic super. nice beach and everything a person needs to leave is at hand. We have been several times in Croatia, but here we liked the most. Thinking of this year of going there again. Recommended and greet householders. Josh Dorina family.
