The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen with a dining room, one small balcony and a large one with a sea view. It is located on the 1st floor of the house and covers an area of 100m2. Each bedroom has a double bed and a third bed, as well as a separate bathroom and air conditioning. It is 80 meters from the beautiful concrete beach, and only 200 meters from the natural pebble beach located in the Vala bay. Podaca is connected by highway to cities such as Makarska (30 km), Split (98 km), Dubrovnik (115 km), and nearby is the sanctuary of Međugorje (55 km), Kravice Waterfall (65 km), and the city of Mostar (85 km). It is connected by a promenade to the nearby towns of Zaostrog, Bristo and Gradac. Free parking, free WiFi and use of a common fireplace are available to guests. The apartment is rented out as 6 + 1. An advance payment of 35% of the rental amount is mandatory as confirmation of the reservation, and it is paid into the bank account according to the landlord's instructions. The rest of the rental amount is paid upon arrival in the apartment in cash. Arrival time is from 2:00 p.m., and departure time is until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price. There are no additional payments. Internet and one parking space are free. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or balcony.
