We welcome you to the Apartments Anči, located in Dalmatian village Podaca, small picturesque place with a long tourist tradition, clean water, mild climate, and beautiful beaches. It is an ideal place for a pleasant family holiday, yet its geographical location is suitable for one day tours to near cities; Dubrovnik, Mostar, Makarska, Split, pilgrimage Medjugorje, island Hvar and peninsula Pelješac. The house has four apartments with capacity of about 15 people. It is located near small pebble beach, placed in-between gorgeous natural rocks, far from crowds and main road. All apartments have terraces with a sea view, air conditioning, unlimited internet access, and reserved parking space within the property surrounding the house.

- For longer stays in the same unit, bedding is changed every 7 days, and towels more frequently, if necessary. - Daily rent, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with necessary dishes and utensils, use of water, electricity and gas, air-conditioning, wireless internet and parking place are included in the price. - The advance payment is 30% of total price and it is paid by cash transfer to the bank account. The rest of the money (balance money) should be paid on arrival. - A security deposit of 50 € should be paid on arrival which is returned to the guest upon departure unless the damage in the apartment is noticed.

We are really satisfied with the attitude of prices and services. The hospitality was amazing, the wine's Eve, before leaving us Damir prepared barbecue. The beach is great, no crowds. The price that we got for a 7 day stay, without thinking to accept and for the next year in 8 months, and even to extend to 10 days.
