The house is located on a family property next to a pebble beach, away from the crowds and the highway. - During a longer stay, bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed more often if necessary. - Daily rent, sojourn tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and accessories, water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking space are included in the price of the arrangement. - The advance payment is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. The advance payment is made by paying money into a bank account. The rest up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival.
