The rest of the money (balance money) should be paid on arrival.

Pebble beach Near the house, next to the beach there is the family restaurant Mendi which offers fresh seafood, various types of pizza and grilled specialties. The grocery store, bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, and post office are about 300 meters from the house. Behind the beach there is a newly built 5-kilometer walkway ideal for evening walks and relaxation, but also for tourists who prefer a more active holiday with running, rolling and cycling.
We were very satisfied and we plan to come again. We especially liked the location of the apartment, clean and the owner is very friendly.
