The apartment is located in a quiet part of town, on the ground floor of a newly built family house. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. (Each bedroom has its own air conditioner) Free wifi, washing machine and dishwasher are available in the apartment. There is a terrace in front of the apartment. Secured parking space in the yard. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, free parking is provided in the center of town.

The minimum stay is 4 nights. Entry to the apartment is after 3 p.m., and check-out is by 10 a.m. On the day of departure, you are obliged to inspect the apartment with the host and compensate for any damage. It is not allowed to move the existing furniture. Pets are not allowed to stay inside or outside the facility. Tourist tax is included in the price. Advance payment is not required. Payment is made upon arrival.

The hosts were nice, accommodating and at the same time respectful of privacy. The cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival was a matter of course. The equipment of the apartment is first class, including nice attention in the form of seven bottles of wine. The kitchen was fully equipped including coffee, tea, spices, oil, etc. Mosquito repellent in the rooms. Everything was exactly as we expected. We didn't enjoy the terrace much due to the high temperatures outside. Air conditioners in all rooms ensured a pleasant temperature. There are two toilets available, which is especially practical in the morning. It's just a shame about the distance from the sea. There is, however, a parking card for the parking lot at Pilatuša beach, where we commuted. We liked the apartment and the attitude of the hosts, and we can recommend a stay here.
