Apartments Villa Krpeta - Pakoštane - Zadar region

Apartments clean and tidy, very well equipped. Owners friendly and helpful. Clean beaches, with playgrounds, WC and showers. I would recommend! Thank you Vredan and his family for a nice holiday.

We were this year for the second time in Pakostane and also in the apartment Grafulin. We like the apartment, the landlord with his family and the resort so good that we also booked again for next year. We can not imagine a vacation, helpful and friendly landlord, our dog was always welcome, beach and city proximity, what more could you ask? We were again this year again more than satisfied and can recommend a stay in one of the lovingly furnished holiday apartments unrestricted.

We have a wonderful time in Pakostane with Vedran and family experienced. In spite of the heat, we can enjoy it in the apartment without air conditioning. The house, the apartment, the view and the landlord are fantastic. Vedran was at our disposal. The apartments and the house are furnished to a very high standard and very loving and useful. The proximity to the local area and the beach are very convenient, but our recommendation is to go by boat to the islands or by ferries to Vrgada. Thank you Vedran and goodbye in Pakostane.

We were in Pakostane for summer 2017, it was our second time spend in this small town with its romantic promenade, very clean water and various beaches nearby or directly in the city. We spend it in Vedran Krpetas apartement called Justina. We liked how good is it advertised, with all photos, so we knew exactly what do we choose - where we go. I dont know, why cant others have so good websites. We liked the view from the terrace, being very close to the beach and promenade, but still hidden enough, to be able take rest anytime, especially with small kids. There was parking with lot of space, nice view on the sea and Pakostane panorama, i liked its hidden inside city block so there is not any street passing. Vedran and his family were always there, with their perfect English ready to give us an advice or help with anything. I personally enjoyed detail that air-condition was not situated above the bed, like they very often are, but in the living room, so no one got sick, but we still had cool temperature in the apartment. Also i am always glad, if the kitchen is well equipped, even the small one, which here is. These are some of the details that proves, that Vedran Krpeta is thinking about guests needs. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful place, great owners, clean sea, many tourist attractions for small and big. Great food, many historical places to visit. But still the best is the apartment, clean, modern, spacy, with the view of the sea where you feel like at home. Big LIKE!

I have been spending 14 days in Pakostane for 5 consecutive summer seasons now… once being recommended Vedran Krpeta apartments, we love to come back each year and relax in Pakostane. Easy going and nice owner, always relaxed, helpful and smiling. Nice, big and fully equipped apartment Justina, perfect for family of four. There is a beautiful running path from Pakostane to next village (Drage) by the sea…on the way back, get some fresh food from locals and have a big breakfast on the terrace with perfect view.. so many different places where to stay during the day, as well as so many opportunities where to go for a good dinner, including nearby towns like Biograd and Zadar on the north, or Vodice and Sibenik on the south…

We were already three times here and already look forward to our next holiday. Every year, we noticed some new detail in the garden / house, which makes the area always prettier - there is worked with a lot of love! You felt like you were at home.   The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed, modern and very tastefully furnished and lightning-clean. The great balcony offers ample space for four people to eat and lounges and the view a dream !!!   It is actually as beautiful as in the photos and more beautiful! Family Krpeta is very warm and super nice. We would like to thank Vedran and Maria for the nice time in Pakostane. The two have still found the time for a nice conversation and have provided us with tips regarding Konobas, the most beautiful beaches . Greetings from here to you and our children We will be back! Krpeta Apartments is one of those special, rare finds. The apartments are tastefully furnished, clean and cozy, in the quiet part of Pakostane but just a short stroll away from the sea. Vedran and his family are the perfect hosts. You can tell that they thought out every aspect of it and that they deeply care that their guests are happy and have a great experience. Vedran shared a lot of interesting facts about Pakostane and the area, and recommended a few walks with beautiful views. Beautiful ... The purest apartment in which we spend our holidays. Vedran is very friendly and unobtrusive. He showed us all amenities and attractions. Through the agency we organized a trip to the Kornati islands. Apartments are nicely decorated and clean and very well equipped.

We have from 06 to 20 September 2015 four spent our holidays in Pakostane and lived with Vedran and his family in the Villa Krpeta. From our hotel we just loved it. Everything you need to feel comfortable in the apartment is available. The friendly host family is always ready, that you feel comfortable and is also with helpful tips on sights, etc. assist. We have been around a lot, but have us nowhere as comfortable as in the Villa Krpeta. This accommodation we can recommend with a clear conscience. Our homestay heartfelt thanks again for the excellent care.

Although it was our visit to the Vedranu Krpeta short, it will always be remembered. Even before we Pakoštane visit us master described in detail the way and sent pictures of the apartment and the paths to them. For those who come for the first time, this is a very welcome piece of information. For people looking for views, Vedran arrange with plenty of information and a catalog of destinations. With them we had a dog, which are extremely well received, as they have a domestic dog, very friendly. Highly recommend holidaying as it is close to the sea, shops and many summer events, so do not even need a car. I hope that all so nice as it was to us.
