We rent apartments from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Fully and modernly equipped apartments are located in a quiet part of the village surrounded by a pine forest. The facility is located in the tourist part of the village, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the center of the village. The plot on which the building is located is large enough to provide car parking. In the garden there is a barbecue and a space for socializing and dining guests with prepared dishes from the barbecue.

The apartments are rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Reservations are confirmed by an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total price of the stay. Guests' arrival time is after 2 pm. The departure time of the guests is until 10 o'clock in the morning. The price includes: accommodation, parking, wifi, electricity, water, gas and bed linen. The price of an extra bed is €10 per day. The price of using the air conditioner is €5.00 per day. We do not accept pets.

Spacious, clean and large apartment with a beautiful terrace. The apartment is slightly tucked away from the main street so that the users have peace of mind. The owners are very approachable and simple people. At the exit from the courtyard of the apartment, there is a restaurant on one side, and a bakery and a fruit shop on the other. We will definitely see you next year.

We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, A 6+2. The apartment was very spacious, and despite the heat, it is relatively comfortable in the apartment. We had everything we needed, secured parking in the shade in the yard of the house. The best part was the spacious terrace that you can access from the kitchen and have all the privacy you need, and next to it there is another smaller balcony that you have access to from one of the bedrooms. The hosts are accommodating, pleasant and available for all questions. Beach nearby with a walk in the shade, which was very important to us because of small children. The beautiful Pilatuša beach is not far away either, excellent for staying with children, lots of shade.

The day before arrival, the owner informs us that we should bring our own towels. Upon arrival to the apartment, we were greeted by half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, apparently left over from previous guests. Only one hand towel, no cloth for the bathroom floor. The shower wasn't cleaned properly, so it was constantly flooding, when we advertised, he said it was our hair's fault that it got stuck. We came on Saturday at 14:00 and at 19:00 in the evening he came to complain that the children were too loud, which means that children are not welcome. There is no privacy in the apartment because the host was always following in front of the apartment or behind in the garden. Expensive for what we got,

how to start... all bad, the garden a total forest, ungroomed, the road from the parking lot to the entrance is gravel, so we had to drag our suitcases to the house. the rooms were clean, the balcony window could not be locked, the blinds were broken, the kitchen was totally dirty, bugs were coming out of the sink, the microwave was moldy. apartment that has a capacity of 8+2 lacks dishes and glasses. in the bathroom, the bad fall of the shower was solved, when we bathed, the water was all over the bathroom, we didn't have anything to wipe it with, upon arrival, there was the rest of the toilet paper, we immediately had to buy more. we wanted to use the fireplace for grilling, it was dirty, we hated to grill something there. The housemates sat near the fireplace every evening, which was not pleasant for us, we could use the terrace with an exit to the terrace, but the housekeepers locked the terrace so that we could not go into the garden. The best bonus was when at half past twelve in the evening - where we were talking on the terrace / we were families with children so the children were sleeping and we wanted to talk / but the landlord came and drove us inside, saying that we could no longer sit on the terrace . we were disappointed because we paid a lot of money for the accommodation.

We have been regular guests in Pakostane and in Haus Neko for many years. Nice, spacious apartments, absolutely quiet and ideal location - only 5 minutes walk to both the beach and the center of Pakostane. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a pastry and fruit stand as well as the highly recommended Galija restaurant. Exceptionally friendly and helpful homeowners round off a wonderful vacation in Pakostane. We would love to come back !!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place for your vacation The apartment is well equipped and the surroundings are quiet and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Pleasant and helpful owners. Good access from ZADAR airport. Parking for cars. Bike storage. Beautiful garden. Barbecue. Quiet place for an active holiday. Trips to Kornati, Krka, Plitvice.
