The family house in which the apartment is located is located at a distance of 600m from the sea, i.e. from the center of the town. It is 500 m from Lake Vrana. It is surrounded by greenery and can provide every guest with a peaceful and pleasant vacation. The apartment is 100 m2 in size. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a pull-out bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace of 30 m2. It is located on the second floor of the house and has a separate entrance. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea, the town, the lake and the distant Velebit. Guests can use the outdoor space on the ground floor as well as the grill. Reservations are confirmed by an advance payment of €100. Upon arrival, the guest pays the remaining amount up to the total price. Guests' arrival time is after 12:00 (possible agreement). Guests' departure time is until 9 am. Guests cannot bring friends to the apartment without the permission of the owner. On the day of departure, you are obliged to inspect the apartment with the host and compensate for any damage. It is not allowed to move the existing furniture. Pets are not allowed to stay either inside or outside the building. Final cleaning, which amounts to €30, is not included in the price.
