Pag Triangle

When more than 15 years ago, the geologist who has performed the analysis of the land for a quarry of Pag, climbed on the hill near the city of Pag, he could not even dream that he will find something that intrigue the public, the profession, mystics and tourists for decades. What later will be named Pag triangle, at first was just a pile of stones, stones almost like all the other which are not missing out on this rocky and barren island. Yet it is a type of stone which stands out from the all rest, not only for its geological features, but also for the shape of a regular triangle, which they form. The stones inside the triangle are lighter, smaller and more round of the surrounding rocks, and the triangle has dimensions of 32 x 32 x 32 meters with very smooth sides and indentations on the tips. You can guess where the story goes? The geological experts have studied this phenomenon, but the theory was never completed. It left many thoughts unspoken. The only thing that is quite certain is that this triangle has been exposed to thermal effects that have not been seen on other stones. Exposed to ultraviolet light, these stones emit red light. Ufologists have their own theory. In both cases, the triangle of Pag was visited by more than 150,000 people since its discovery, although the location is not marked. It is quite easy to reached it from the port Žigljen or Pag, and the signs are also placed around Novalja. Since Pag triangle was not recognized as a tourist attraction, most of the stones has been taken away, but the triangle is visible even today. It is not necessary to believe in aliens to feel the presence of something extraordinary in this place, and maybe just for a moment, even believe in miracles. Do not ever stop believe in miracles!
