Postup is a small place with a couple of houses located 4 km from Orebić. It has a long winegrowing tradition, and the vines of a special variety, due to the composition of the soil, the climate and the slope of the terrain, produce grapes from which the top-quality wine of the same name is made. The welcome drink is a bottle of that wine and brandy that I personally make from grapes from my vineyards. The house is on an elevated position, due to which it has a beautiful panoramic view of the Pelješka channel, Korčula (15 minutes by boat from Orebić), the open sea and Mljet. The large terrace on the 1st floor with its equipment and view provides great satisfaction to all ages. We can compare it with the captain's bridge in terms of its appearance and position. During the day, when you are not at the beach or at one of the activities listed below, everyone finds satisfaction in the thick shade of the lower large terrace. The shade is partly made by a cover, and partly by a thick layer of wild vines. There is a grill on the terrace, so you don't have to stand in the sun while using it. The entire garden is fenced and has extreme privacy, and there is something for everyone to do. It has almost 1000 m2 and is laid in a cascade towards the sea. It is overgrown with Mediterranean plants, figs, citrus fruits and olives. If you find yourself at a time when some fruits are in season on that plant, they are at your disposal. The olive trees provide a nice shade. The true center of your annual vacation is the swimming pool with surrounding facilities and a beautiful open view. Until you try it, it is difficult to imagine how much pleasure a person finds in refreshing and relaxing in its 32,000 liters of transparent and warm water during the daytime heat or in refreshing at night with a view of the starry sky.
