The living rooms with the kitchen face south and towards the sea with access to the 10m2 terrace. From the 1st floor there is a beautiful view of the sea. FROM THE SUMMER OF 2022, ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. There is a large parking lot in front of the house and each apartment has its own parking space.
