There is a large apartment in the family house. It is fully equipped. It has a separate entrance and parking. The house is located two minutes' walk from the beach, sea, shop and bank. The apartment (8+2) is located on the first floor and consists of four bedrooms (two triples and two doubles), a large kitchen, two bathrooms with toilets (one has a washing machine), a large balcony and a large terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (large air conditioner installed in the hallway), Wi-Fi internet, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, all necessary dishes and bed linen. Bed linen is changed once a week. Tax, Wi-Fi, parking and use of air conditioning are included in the rental price.

Concrete beach Part of the yard is designed for sunbathing with deckchairs. There is also a barbecue in the yard that can be used indefinitely. The apartment is ideal for larger families or several friends who want to spend an annual vacation together.
