In the small beautiful mountain village of Seoca, near the town of Omiš, just one kilometer from the toll booths of the A1 highway (Blato na Cetina), you will find the surprisingly luxurious villa Elin. This place is the heart of the Republic of Poljica, which ruled this region from the 13th century until the occupation of Napoleon's army in the 19th century, many significant battles were fought in this area. Today, this is an oasis of peace, Central Dalmatia. If you want to take a break from the congested roads in search of peace, the song of birds and the wind, and beautiful nature, then this oasis is the right choice for you. Due to the location of the villa right next to the southern foot of the Mosor mountain. You will enjoy the sun and the beautiful scenery all day long. On the north side of Villa Elin, in a natural environment, there is an area of 750 m2 of total privacy with a large swimming pool of 41 m2, an outdoor shower, a large green lawn suitable for all kinds of activities, a children's playground and a built-in stone barbecue.

Cancellation policy
If you book Villa Elin 61 days (or more) before the check-in date, you need to pay 35% of the total sum. You can cancel for free 1-7 days from the date of payment, after 7 days money return is not possible. The rest of the total price must be paid no later than 60 days before the check-in date or you will automatically lose the reservation and 35% of your payment. For cancellations (after full sum payment) 30-60 days before the check-in date we will return 50% of payment, for cancellations 29 days (or less) before the check-in date, money return is not possible. In case of closed borders at the time of reserved date, caused by COVID19, we will return paid money deducted for transaction costs.
