For cancellations (after full sum payment) 30-60 days before the check-in date we will return 50% of payment, for cancellations 29 days (or less) before the check-in date, money return is not possible. In case of closed borders at the time of reserved date, caused by COVID19, we will return paid money deducted for transaction costs.
