Really recommended. We have been in Dalmatia for 7 years now but have not yet had such a nice apartment. Everything is right and when you arrive you feel right at home. The owners are also very friendly and are available 24/7. We had some bad luck on our way and would not arrive until around noon at night. This was not a problem for the owner. The two sons have been waiting for us in Omis and accompanied to the apartment. Also in privacy not so much had before. Really recommended. A lesser point is that there is no town within walking distance. You then have to go to Omis by car. But really had a TOP stay and again what are the nice!

This year (2017) in August we spent a week at this family house in the Piric family. Thanks to the detailed and accurate directions we found the home without problems. We were greeted in the best way and the house was exactly as described: perfect. The house is in a gorgeous location with a terrace with everything you need: a large table with chairs to eat outside, a barbecue, a shower and sun loungers. Independent terrace with one another and with a few stairs you are on the beach, Private dock with sunbeds and mattresses and a comfortable ladder to enter the water: a paradise. Beautiful and clean sea and this year also hot. But the thing that made this special holiday was the welcome that these wonderful people reserved for us. They are fabulous to make our vacation perfect. It was a pity just a week. We definitely recommend it to everyone and we still thank the Piric family for making us feel at home.

We go to Croatia often and we have to say that we finally found what we've been looking for for years. Everything was as described in the offer. Rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is well equipped. The advantage is the terrace at the apartment + private shower and barbecue. Another plus is a private beach with a mole and sun loungers. Professional and friendly owner approach. And most importantly, it is really 10 meters from the sea.

After a wonderful holiday last year we did not have to think long and we booked apartment for three weeks again, on the first floor. End of August to mid-September, it is still very warm, great weather and the water temperatures are optimal. Since the holidays are in most countries in this time of year to the end, you can have the greatest peace and relaxation that you could imagine. The apartment was unchanged, wonderful and the location is absolutely gorgeous. Another new feature is that it in any room is now a separate air conditioning. We looking forward for the reunion with the family Piric. We feel here like at home. Our hosts have again prepared for us a magical time in Ruskamen, with pleasant walks, great food and a lot of warmth. We would definitely come back.

We were in August 2016 the apartment and were very impressed. By Travel with the images, we found the parking lot without problems. The location of the apartment is very good and you are right on the sea where you, your own deck with chairs and cushions, together with the second apartment. The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos. The owners are very very friendly! We were every day served with a plate of fresh figs and two nights they brought us fresh grilled fish for dinner. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this apartment.

The four of us were the end of August / beginning of September 2015 Staying with the family Piric. Due to the perfect directions we found the house easily. Although we, thanks to the congestion-free ride :-), arrived too early, we were greeted with a quiet and friendly and cool drinks. The ground floor apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Is big enough and clean. The terrace is wonderful - large and you have a wonderful view of the sea. The beach has a "private beach" character! Far from the hubbub one can enjoy on the pool chairs including soft mattresses! the sea, the sun and tranquility. The Piric family was there any time with help and advice for us! The freshly plowed figs, the grilled fish with the wine of the house, the boat tour to the opposite island with a beautiful bay, including drinks and snacks, the loving care with medicine for our son who unfortunately had a sore throat and the funny conversations made this holiday the perfect holiday! My sister and her family, who also made near vacation, visited us. It was no problem at all, that the four were allowed to stay with us ... On the contrary, family Piric has fresh fish concerned and especially for us grilled by the market, so that we could simply just enjoy the common holiday period. It was our fourth holiday in Croatia, but nowhere the hospitality was so great as written here! A big thank you again to the two of them!

We have booked the apartment on the first floor three weeks in August 2015th Thanks to the super good Directions Piric the family we were able to find accommodation without problems. The reception was very warm, so we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The apartment and the surrounding area look just like the pictures. It's all set up tiptop clean and very nice. The best is the wonderful terrace with a large table, barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The private beach of the family can be reached in about 30 seconds via a staircase. It was very cozy and the water wonderfully clear and clean. In about 50 meters away there is a public beach but the one by rocks neither sees nor hears. The owners are incredibly nice and hospitable. You tried to read us from the first day to the wishes of the eyes. They have small boat trips taken to natural beaches with us, great fried fish for us, entertained us with tomatoes and figs from the garden, wash our towels and everything else done that we had it as beautiful and relaxing as possible. We spent a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. The farewell we then also very hard by our hosts. It was an absolutely perfect holiday and we will be back next year for sure.
