We have at our disposal 2 fully and modernly equipped apartments: apartment 4 2 and apartment 6 2. Both apartments have a terrace with open sea view. The house is located 80 meters from the pebble beach. Parking is located right in front of the house. A barbecue is available in the garden. The house is located below the road in a quiet environment, ideal for family vacations and people looking for peace away from the city crowds. In the immediate vicinity there are 3 restaurants, a market, a bakery and a children's playground. Our guests have free use of pedal boats on the beach and a boat ride to Omis. We immediately felt very comfortable in this apartment. A beautiful terrace with a sea view and enough shade - for example for a late, long breakfast in the high August temperatures. The apartment was modern and well equipped and fully corresponded to the description. There were many pleasant details to discover and use. It was still pleasantly cool inside during the day even without using the air conditioning and it was very well positioned for sleeping. A staircase (not exactly short) leads to the beach, from the top of which you have a beautiful view of the first bathing spots. A small supermarket and 3 restaurants are very close by; and Omis in particular, with all its facilities, is also easy to reach on foot. A special thanks to the nice and hospitable landlords Ruzica and Boris!

I recommend Ruzica and Boris apartments to everyone. We lived in a smaller family, but our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) didn't need anything. Apartment decorated modern, large, very clean, it contained everything. what is necessary for a successful holiday, and also this amazing view from the terrace of the sea and large olive trees. The beach, which is not too crowded (we were out of season and was practically empty), is right next door. The place is very quiet, but very close are basic services such as: shop, restaurant, cafe, and can also be a great start to nearby attractions, such as the center of Omis or Skywalk a bit further. Ruzica and Borys are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people. It was very hard for us to leave this great place.

The vacation in the apartments of Ruzica and Boris has exceeded all our expectations! This is the rare case when the real state of the apartment is even better and more beautiful than in the photo. I was very pleased with their attention to detail in the arrangement: high-quality household appliances were installed, we found enough dishes, and everything else for a long-term rental. We stayed with a small child, and we were happy with the perfect cleanliness. So it will be very comfort to stay for a long time. We rested for more than 20 days, and really didn't want to leave! The sea was seen directly from the terrace! Its about 5 minutes by walk. There is a descent down the steps to the sea, but even for us with an 8-month-old baby, this was not a problem. We walked the entire coast to Omis, and must say the beach in Nemira is really one of the best: calm sea, clean beach, and enough shade from pine trees. The most importantly, Ruzica and Boris are not just the hosts, but really good friends! This family will welcome you as warmly and hospitably as possible. We were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning when we were greeted with a bottle of homemade wine and a large plate of ripe figs, which since then began to appear in our house almost every day. We were vacationing with a small baby without a car, and Ruzica helped us a lot buying fresh food in Omis. As a result, we not only had a great rest, but also made friends with very kind and open-heart people! Now I dream to return and live at least one more summer in this heavenly place.

For this year's holiday we have chosen Nemiru and Pezo apartments. We have never been to Nemira, so we did not know what we are going to, but already when choosing accommodation we were excited. And we don't regret it. Accommodation beautiful, clean, wonderful huge terrace overlooking the sea and home completely great. The landlord took us on a small boat trip, the landlord gave us small presents when we left. We took a walk around the beach to Omis, Starigrad, we saw dolphins. We were here for the first time and certainly not the last. We'll be happy to come back here.

Ideal place in the oasis of tranquility. Beautiful, spacious apartment with super patio. All modernly furnished, all dishes are clean, dishwasher and washing machine that will make it easier to work after a day of bathing. From the sea it is really a bit, you will reach the stairs and you will have a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Brac. Beaches clean, on the beach restaurant where you can also eat. Owners Ružica and Boris really super people, they made us excellent fish, and zucchini. Mr. Boris lends pedal boats to the beach, ideal for rides around the sea and the surrounding area. The small apartment on the ground floor is a very nice place for summer holidays or even later in September. The rooms are perfectly designed and equipped, they are modern and clean - exactly as shown on the pictures. The hosts are very kind and helpful people. The apartment is located only few minutes away from the beach and Nemira is a quiet small village.

This year we were on vacation with pink and Boris. Such a holiday will never forget. When we arrived we were very warmly received. We immediately sat down on the terrace and were served with a drink. More from the first conversation we saw the pink and Boris nice people. All that we should have been settled. The apartment was great. All clean and taken care of. All you need to have on hand. The apartment is great for families with two children. Our guys have a great time, because they had their own room and the peace of our parents. Terrace in the apartment is great. Very large and sheltered, so you can spend all day on the terrace. Unique is the view of the sea, which you can watch when you were resting on the terrace. When we wished we could have and use the grill. I thank pink and Boris Super roasted fish and all you have served us. Behind the apartment is a playground, which was great for our boy and the evening with my husband happy we sedjeli on the bench next to the playground. Very close to the store, so if you need anything you have on hand, too. This holiday was great and such a holiday is never forgotten. We had a great time in a beautiful apartment. Very well equipped and clean. The view from the terrace is magnificent, we have to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Mr and Mrs PEZO are great people and very attentive to our expectations and we were also enjoy a boat ride and a paddle boat for free. We left happy and hope to return one day.
