Apartments Karlo are located in a beautiful small village Stanići 4 km from Omis and 18 from Makarska. Apartments are located first row to the sea and all have a wonderful view of the sea and the nearby island of Brac. The place is home to a family atmosphere and the apartments are an ideal place for families with children. For those who want an active vacation 4 km away Omis offers various activities (rafting, mountain sports etc.) All day excursions to the nearby islands (Brač, Hvar) are possible from the nearby beach. The apartments consist of 5 accommodation units and all have a large terrace. Parking secured by the house itself. All apartments are air-conditioned.

The first time we visited this year in the second half of August in Croatia and the choice of the Karlo apartment in Stanici was a hit. The apartment is comfortable, clean, very well equipped. In the area quiet, calm, beautiful view from the balcony, own terrace and sun loungers on the beach. Gravel beach, small but not crowded. The location of the house in the middle of the hill means descent to the sea at almost 100 degrees and steep and winding. However, it is also a unique attraction of hilly Croatian. Stanici's location is perfect for day trips. In the short distance is Omiś, a bit further Split and Trogir. The hosts - Anita and Nikola, are very nice and helpful. We will be happy to return next year!

We stayed at the end of August and loved it. The apartments are modern and clean. Small drawback is bit too little dishes and refined parking spaces only for very experienced drivers. But the beautiful view from the balcony is worth it. I miss it already and I hope that in the future I will visit this apartment again. The owners are friendly and helpful, especially Nikola. New and modern apartments. The equipment definitely goes beyond the generally accepted standards. There is literally everything in the kitchen, and even if there is something missing, the hosts are sure to arrange the next day. Probably many will be happy because the hosts speak also English which is not so common. One of the challenges is the downhill, because you have to have steel nerves and great driving skills, but in return we get a perfect location right by the sea with an almost private beach and loungers. Hosts Anita and Nikola surprise each and every step with warmth and help. With all my heart you can recommend this place to families with children and more. In close proximity there is a lot of attractions and everyone will find something for themselves.
