Apartments Kapela are located in the small tourist place of Ruskamen, not far from the town of Omis. The house is located in a quiet environment, only 40 meters from the pebble beach, which is reached by private stairs. On the beach, guests have available deckchairs and umbrellas, which can be used completely free of charge. Within the building there is a yard with a swimming pool, deckchairs and a large barbecue, which guests can use undisturbed. Private parking for guests' vehicles is within the building. All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi internet, charcoal grill and terraces with sea view. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy beautiful pebble beaches with natural shade and crystal clear sea. The town center with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and a hotel complex is about 400 meters away. We recommend visiting the cities: Omis (5 km), Split (30 km), Makarska (30 km), Brela (18 km), Trogir (40 km).

For the reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount. Advance payment can be made to our bank account (EUR), Revolut or PayPal. After receiving the payment, the guest will receive a reservation confirmation (voucher) as well as instructions for arriving at the accommodation. The apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
Residential tax is included in price.In case the guest wants to change or cancel the reservation, he must do so via e-mail. We refund the advance payment only if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days from the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive at the reserved accommodation by 11:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and has not informed us of the delay, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and the guest has no right to request a refund of the advance payment.

Guests are provided with a welcome drink !
I wholeheartedly recommend the apartments. We were there in mid-July this year. The apartment exactly as in the photos. Everything as in the description. The kitchen is well equipped. A set of towels, an iron and a hairdryer. Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. The pool is clean and the view from it is amazing. We saw dolphins swimming twice in the evening. I recommend it to families with children. The owners rent only 2 apartments, so the pool was never crowded. You could say that the pool was almost just for us. Location away from city noise. Restaurant and shop about 400m. There is a private descent to the beach via quite steep stairs, but such is the charm of Croatia that there are stairs everywhere. The owner provides a private piece of beach with sun loungers. However, we used the beach a little further on foot, because the children preferred smaller pebbles. Very close to Omis and not far from Split. The owners are very nice. We recommend. We will definitely come back again someday.

The surrounding area is very nice, the apartment has its own parking space and sunbeds on the beach. The view from the balcony and terrace is breathtaking. The best we've seen so far. The owners are very nice and very hospitable. The only thing that was missing was a path on the beach where you could walk in the evening or walk the dog.
