When we asked to turn on the air conditioning, we were informed that there was a time limit that had not been mentioned before. The host began to shout in an arrogant and offensive manner that you can sleep at 28 degrees Celsius. Another request for air conditioning caused the host to become furious and terrified us. The pool is an illusion. Covered with some plexiglass panels, it is basically inaccessible. Closed. Once we managed to swim for 5 minutes, but during that time the host sat next to us and watched. You have to go down much more than 100 meters to the beach, using very uncomfortable stairs. So you have to drive to other beaches. Generally, we felt like intruders and Mr. Ratko did not hide his reluctance. Thank you for the wasted vacation. P.S. an additional curiosity is the lack of privacy. you have an apartment from the neighboring room where the hosts lived was separated by something like a leaky openwork partition (you can see the light and hear even quiet sounds. generally a tragedy. The balcony has no umbrella, so you can't sit in the sun either in the morning or in the evening on hot days and it's so narrow that only 2 people can fit at the table. The third person has to stay at the table in the apartment. Etc. etc. . (We bought garbage bags and toilet paper ourselves, wanting to avoid further arguments. And finally, the lack of free communication. This man doesn't speak any language communicatively. Only Croatian. His nervousness and arrogance plus so-called moods complete the whole picture. I honestly don't recommend it. I have the impression that the owner is only interested in business (as someone has already assessed) and all savings are used for this purpose

The accommodation is neat, clean, you have everything you need for a vacation. The host Ratko is a professional in business, but also a polite and pleasant host and interlocutor. I spent a really pleasant vacation with my family in Staniki.
