The second bedroom has two beds (90 x 200) for 2 people, nightstands and storage space for your clothes and luggage. Both bedrooms are bright and have lots of natural light through the skylight. The bedrooms have air conditioning. It consists of a living room and a dining room in one space, and a very modern, open kitchen. There is also a new kitchen with the latest appliances, including a 4-burner electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, kettle and all the crockery needed for self-catering. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a table for 4 people. There is also a living room with a TV, an elegant sofa bed and a coffee table. It has TV and Wi-Fi. Cooling and heating in the living room and kitchen with air conditioning. Glass sliding doors in the living room open directly to the balcony. The balcony has a panoramic view of the river and the sea. If you come by car, there is a public city parking lot around the building. Our apartment is 500 meters from the town of Omiš, which is actually only a 5-minute walk from our place. The sandy beach (500 meters away) is a few minutes' walk away.

To confirm the reservation, we ask all our guests to pay a deposit of the agreed amount of 30% in advance. Payment is made to the account of a Croatian bank. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival in Omiš. Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 10:00
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation: The guest can cancel free of charge 14 days before arrival. The reservation deposit is not returned if you cancel within 14 days before the agreed arrival.
