The balcony has a panoramic view of the river and the sea. If you come by car, there is a public city parking lot around the building. Our apartment is 500 meters from the town of Omiš, which is actually only a 5-minute walk from our place. The sandy beach (500 meters away) is a few minutes' walk away.
