Villa Petra & Sanja (Villa with pool) is located in NOVALJA on the beautiful island of PAGU, located in the middle of a garden, surrounded by olive trees and palm trees. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, use of a barbecue, free Wi-Fi, a parking space, comfortable and modernly furnished rooms. All air-conditioned apartments include a balcony with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All apartments have a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. 6 apartments with one or two bedrooms are available for reservation. Only a ten minute walk to the sandy beach and the coastal promenade that leads to the center of Novalja. Other beautiful sandy, pebble and rocky beaches are the most beautiful on the Adriatic and are only a few minutes away by car. The taxi stand is 10 meters from the building. The famous ZRĆE beach is nearby.

After your inquiry, we send an OFFER with our bank account number. To make a reservation, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total amount of accommodation to our account. After payment, we send the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. The rest of the amount is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Tourist tax is included in the price. A damage deposit in the amount of EUR 250.00 must be paid upon arrival. This fee will be charged in cash and will be fully refunded if there is no damage, after inspection of the apartment upon departure. Entry to the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
