The apartment rooms have hotel-standard beds, and the kitchens are fully equipped with complete kitchen utensils. The apartments have secured parking, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and the standard equipment includes towels and bed linen. The apartments are located a 5-minute walk from the center and the beach. There are shops and restaurants near the building, and the apartments are 500 m from the center of Novalja.

All reservations canceled up to 30 days before arrival are entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled up to 15 days before arrival are entitled to a partial refund of the deposit in case the same time slot is filled with other guests. Reservations canceled less than 15 days before arrival unfortunately lose the right to refund the deposit.

Rocky beach House rules: Accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause disorder and disturb other guests, and it is especially forbidden to create noise (listening to loud music, emitting sounds of any kind), which disturbs other guests in the house and the neighborhood. It is forbidden to bring additional people to sleep in the facility who are not guests of the facility. Such a violation means immediate cancellation of accommodation in the facility without refund of the money paid.
