APARTMENTS Maja 3 and Maja 4 are in the same building and were renovated in 2024. Apartment Maja 3 is on the 1st floor and has about 30m2. Apartment Maja 4 is on the 2nd floor and has about 33 m2. Both are for a maximum of 4 people. They have free parking, Wifi and air conditioning. They consist of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In the kitchens there is a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and the necessary utensils for preparing and serving meals. In the bedrooms there is a double bed for 2 people. In the living room there is a three-seater sofa that can be extended into a bed for 2 people. In addition, all necessary bed linen and basic towels. A 5-minute walk to the beach and bus station, a 7-minute walk to cafes and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk to the center. The apartment is reserved after an advance payment to the account in the amount of 30% of the total amount. The rest is paid after entering the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is after 15:00, and departure by 10:00. This can be arranged depending on the arrival and departure of other guests.
