The modernly furnished Allegro apartments are only a 5-10 minute walk from the city center and the sea. Each apartment has one bedroom, a spacious living room with two beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway and a large terrace with a sea view. The size of the apartments is 54 and 50 m2. Car parking is provided within the garden of the house. The owner speaks Croatian, English, Italian and German. Each apartment offers accommodation for four people, is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Air conditioning and tourist tax are included in the price, no additional deposit is required. The apartments are located on the first floor of the house, located opposite each other, so they are very suitable for accommodating larger groups, up to a maximum of 8 people. After confirming the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price is paid immediately, while the remaining 70% is paid no later than 5 days before arrival. The guest receives a written confirmation of the reservation and detailed instructions on the advance payment. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Depending on the availability of the apartment and the wishes of the guest, it is possible to arrange otherwise. It is necessary to announce the planned time of arrival to the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.The reservation can be cancelled with a full refund of the advance payment up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price is retained. In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the advance payment is not refundable.
