Cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the reserved accommodation, it should be done in writing (e-mail, fax, mail). - In the event that the Guest cancels the agency's reservation: - 30 or more days before the start of the reservation, the Agency has no obligation to the landlord because it returns the entire advance payment to the guest. - 14 to 29 days before the start of the reservation, the renter receives 50% of the total advance payment - the Agency returns 50% of the advance payment to the guest. - 1 to 13 days before the start of the reservation and on the day of the start of the reservation, the renter receives 100% of the total advance payment
