The facility has three accommodation units, two studio apartments 2+2 with a balcony and one apartment for two people with a terrace. Payment and terms
When booking accommodation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount. By paying an advance payment, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the House Rules, which the host sends together with the accommodation offer. Pets are welcome with prior notice and an additional one-time cost of €30 for final cleaning. It is understood that upon check-out the guest cleans the apartment and throws away the trash. Cancellation policy
Please note that in case of cancellation, the advance payment is returned 100% up to one month before the date of arrival, 50% between the 30th and 15th day of arrival, while in case of cancellation of the reservation 15 days or less from the planned check in, the deposit is not returned.
