Payment and terms
To reserve an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% in advance of the total price of the apartment according to the received estimate. The rest of the amount for the stay in the apartment is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. (earlier on request) and check-out is until 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation of the apartment 30 or more days before the booked date, the agency will refund the total amount of the advance payment. If you cancel the apartment within 30 days before the planned arrival, the agency does not return the advance payment.
