The village of Salatić is approximately 3 km from the town of Krk, at an altitude of about 140 m, with a pleasant mild climate and fresh air. From it stretches a wonderful view from Učka, over Velebit all the way to the wonderful blue sea and the Kvarner archipelago (Golog otok, Grgura, Cres...) Apartments consist of one (A2 2) or two (A4 2) double rooms, kitchen, dining room , living room, bathroom and balcony. ) Balconies with the already mentioned wonderful view are the perfect place for socializing with dinner or for a quiet afternoon rest. Environmental tax - 0.15 EUR person/day, children up to 12 years old do not pay environmental tax. For guests staying shorter than 4 nights, the accommodation price is increased by 30%. Rocky beach From this year (2021), we have included the use of a private sunbathing area by the sea in the offer of apartments. The 2,200 m2 plot has access for cars, secured parking in the shade, an arranged sunbathing area and access to the sea. It is owned by my family and is offered exclusively to users of our apartments (9 accommodation units). It is located on the western side of the island, 10 km from the apartment, near the village of Pinezići. There is also a restaurant with food and drinks not far from the sunbathing area. As I said, this is the first year that we have the above on offer and we are sure that our guests will enjoy a wonderful beach without the usual crowds. The price of the apartment includes the use of the swimming pool, wifi, air conditioning, clock. TV with over 60 TV programs, parking... Bed linen and final cleaning of the apartment are included in the price. We will be happy to provide our guests with any additional information and direct them to all the interesting things that our island has to offer, as well as to all the important events that take place on the island of Krk during the summer.
We liked everything - a nicely decorated studio, a clean swimming pool and a private sunbathing area with access to the sea, but what we liked most were the hosts who were ready to help and solve an unexpected problem. Our satisfaction is best confirmed by the fact that during our stay we immediately booked the studio and at the new date.
My girlfriend and I were in a newly renovated apartment ID: 66650. The apartment is very nicely furnished and clean. Since the apartment is the coldest of all the apartments, we didn't need air conditioning at all (great for hot summers). The house also has a swimming pool which is clean and perfect for a quick refreshment. Host Tomislav and his wife are very friendly. Our wife baked us phenomenal pancakes. I warmly recommend it to everyone who goes to Krk.

This is how vacation goes. The hosts are super nice. The apartment is cozy and very clean. We felt very comfortable. Pets are welcome. Our dog had nothing to complain about, that means something! The city of Krk can be reached by car in a few minutes. Tomislav also has tips for restaurants and excursions / swimming spots. You don't have a cozy evening at the in-house pool every day. Long story short, go there and enjoy. So vacation goes!

The apartment where we stayed is very clean, tidy and modernly equipped. The owners are very approachable and helped us with everything we needed. A big plus is the pool and the area around the pool which is extremely clean and gives added value.

We stayed for 10 days with Tomi and his hospitable family. A very warm and relaxed host who is always approachable. A 3 km from Krk, convenient for those who have means to move, the apartment is new and equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay organized. The kitchen also has a kettle and microwave, as well as refrigerator and electric cooking. Are linens for bed, bath and kitchen, detergents and soaps. Private parking with use of water for car washing. Barbecue. Tomislav and his beautiful family are available to be heard in polite, without being intrusive ever! Recommended for 3 persons or 2 adults and 2 small children, because the sofa bed is not double.

A very friendly welcome, the owner lives in the same house and have always been there for us. The apartment is completely new, great equipped, air, TV, free wifi, a lovely balcony with a view of the city of Krk and the sea, a large bedroom and a very spacious kitchen, private parking for guests. The sea is about 3km away, so this apartment is ideal for car and motorcycle tourists. Highly recommended!
