The apartment is located in the western part of Krk, 200m. from the beach and only 5 min. walk from the city center, the city is surrounded by plenty of greenery. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and spacious loggia, also has its own covered parking, located in a very quiet part of town, without much traffic, just a few minutes walk to several beautiful city beaches. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and part of the city, and is the perfect place for a quiet afternoon rest or a pleasant lunch / dinner. The rooms are equipped with all the devices that will make your stay more pleasant, and allow you to feel at home with us. The price of accommodation includes complete bed linen (sheets, towels, kitchen towels ...), the kitchen is fully equipped (plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, coffee maker ...) and the final cleaning of the apartment is also included in price. There is also air conditioning that will make your stay on hot and steamy days much more pleasant.

Rocky beach From this year (2021) in the offer of apartments we have included the use of a private sun deck by the sea. The plot of 2200m2 has access for cars, secured parking in the shade, landscaped sun deck and access to the sea. It is owned by my family and is offered exclusively for the users of our apartments (9 accommodation units). It is located on the west side of the island, 10 km from the apartment, near the village Pinezic. Not far from the sun deck there is a restaurant with food and drinks. Like I said this is the first year that we have listed in the offer and we are sure that our guests will enjoy the beautiful beach without the usual crowds. We will be happy to provide our guests with any additional information and direct them to all the interesting things that our island offers as well as to all the important events that take place during the summer on the island of Krk.
