Detailed description

The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and ten minutes walk to the downtown. The facility consists of 5 apartments. Three of them are studios for up to 2 persons, one apartment for up to 3 persons and a 75 square meters apartment for up to 5 guests. Each apartment has its fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony or terrace, private entrance and secured parking space. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal. ***Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 12 eur per day (payable on the spot).

Payment and terms
To confirm the reservation: - It is mandatory to pay up to 30% of the total amount of the reservation to the account, which will be indicated in the offer - After the advance payment, a copy of the payment slip must be sent - When we receive your payment, the reservation is considered valid and the guest is sent a confirmation of the reservation /voucher. - The written confirmation of the reservation will contain the reservation number, the guest's first and last name, and check-in information. - The rest of the amount, i.e. 70%, is paid in cash upon arrival. If you want to avoid paying in cash, the remaining amount can be paid up to 5 days before arrival to the same bank account.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: until 10:00 a.m

NOTE: For a stay of up to 3 days, the price is increased by 30% - The following items are not included in the price: Registration € 4 per person one time - Booking costs: € 10 one time - Extra bed: € 10 per day - Pets: € 12 per day
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
Dear guests, If the guest wants to change or cancel the reservation made according to his request, he should do so in writing. In the case of a fixed reservation of private accommodation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of cancellation costs: 1. For cancellation of the reservation up to 45 days before the start of using the service, 100% of the advance payment will be returned to the client. 2. For cancellation of the reservation from 44 to 30 days before the start of using the service, 50% of the advance payment will be returned to the client. 3. For cancellation of the reservation within 29 days before the start of using the service, the full amount of the advance is charged and there is no refund. **For each canceled accommodation reservation, we charge an administrative fee of 10 euros. Hajl Apartments

We are very pleased with our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything on site as described in the offer. Designated parking next to the house for each guest car. There are plenty of restaurants and places to walk in the town, and of course several nice beaches. Thank you for the opportunity to spend your holidays with Mrs. Suzy and Żana and we recommend the place to those looking for a quiet place, away from the busy road and the noisy center.
