Inquiries and reservations are made via e-mail. For booking accommodation, we charge a 15% deposit, which is included in the final bill. Payment is made in cash directly to the owner. For stays of two weeks or more, we grant a 10% discount. The price includes apartment rental, use of all appliances, electricity and water consumption, TV, bed linen (sheets once a week, towels and tea towels twice a week), as well as final cleaning, tourist tax, use of the internet and air conditioning. In APP 1 and APP 3, an extra bed is charged additionally according to the price list. APP 2 and APP 3 are available for rent throughout the year, using the heating option for an additional fee of 10 EUR/day. Arrival time is after 2 pm, and departure time is until 10 am. We clean the apartment in accordance with the prescribed epidemiological measures.
Residential tax is included in price.The reservation can be canceled one month before arrival with a refund of the advance payment.
