Modernly equipped apartments in a quiet part of the town of Krk, close to all facilities. The facility is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, 10 minutes from the center. APP1 is located on the first floor with a large terrace, and APP 2 and APP 3 are on the ground floor. Each apartment has its own parking space.

Inquiries and reservations are made via e-mail. For accommodation reservations, we charge a 15% advance payment, which is included in the final calculation. Payment is made in cash directly to the owner. For stays of two weeks or more, we grant a 10% discount. The price includes apartment rent, use of all appliances, electricity and water consumption, TV, bed linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels per week), as well as final cleaning, tourist tax, use of internet and air conditioning. In APP 1 and APP 3, an additional bed is charged additionally according to the price list. APP 2 AND APP 3 are available for rent throughout the year, using the option of heating with an extra charge of 10 eur/day. Arrival time is after 14:00, and departure time is until 10:00. We clean the apartments in accordance with the prescribed epidemiological measures.
Residential tax is included in price.The reservation can be canceled one month before arrival with the return of the advance payment.
