Payment and terms
Inquiries and reservations are made via e-mail. For accommodation reservations, we charge a 15% advance payment, which is included in the final calculation. Payment is made in cash directly to the owner. For stays of two weeks or more, we grant a 10% discount. The price includes apartment rent, use of all appliances, electricity and water consumption, TV, bed linen (sheets, towels and kitchen towels per week), as well as final cleaning, tourist tax, use of internet and air conditioning. In APP 1 and APP 3, an additional bed is charged additionally according to the price list. APP 2 AND APP 3 are available for rent throughout the year, using the option of heating with an extra charge of 10 eur/day. Arrival time is after 14:00, and departure time is until 10:00. We clean the apartments in accordance with the prescribed epidemiological measures.

In the beautiful garden for three apartments guests have a barbecue at their disposal. The apartments on the terraces have deckchairs and complete seating furniture. The accommodation price includes WIFI, air conditioning. APP 1 also has a washing machine.
