The house with apartments is located in the very center of the city of Krk, close to all necessary facilities. The owner lives in the house and is always available and speaks and writes Italian, German and English fluently. The kitchens in all apartments are newly decorated and fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle). The apartment also comes with a parking space. In front of the house there is a shared grill and a table as a place for socializing. Pets are not allowed!

Included in the price: Apartment rental and use of all appliances, electricity consumption, water consumption, air conditioning, television, wireless internet, final cleaning, weekly change of all bed linen (sheets, tablecloths, towels, tea towels), residence tax, eco tax. An extra bed is available in each apartment with an extra charge of 9.00 Euros/day. A stay shorter than 4 nights is charged 30% more. In the peak season, the apartment can be rented for 7 or more days. Upon confirmation of the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total price. The time of entry to the apartment is 1 pm and the time of departure is 10 am.
