It is located in a quiet part of Komiža, just a few minutes' walk from the center and nearby beaches. From the terrace, the view extends to the port of Komi and the skyline, incoming ships, Biševo and the rooftops of Komi. In the high attic of Villa Batuda there are 3 apartments that share a common corridor. Each apartment is carefully designed so that our guests have everything they need during their stay. * all apartments have a secured parking space in front of the house * new, powerful air conditioners * Android TV * fast internet * hydromassage showers * orthopedic mattresses * desk * mini laundry room for shared use * extra towels and other necessities are available in the common corridor

Payment and terms
- Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price of the night - After receiving the offer from Villa Batuda, an advance payment is required - The reservation is valid after a visible advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay and is non-refundable - The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival to the apartment - In case of any damage to the apartment or its contents, the same will be charged - Entry to the apartment: after 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise agreed earlier, we usually try to have the apartment ready after the arrival of the first ferry) - Exit from the apartment: 10:00 a.m. (except in the off-season by agreement) - Pets are allowed - it is necessary to announce your arrival with a reservation - We have an extra crib and a feeder for the child available - please book with a reservation ​
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
- In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment remains valid for arrival in another period by agreement (depending on the availability of the apartment) within 3 years from the reservation period - The reservation can be transferred to a family member/friend by agreement, for whom the same conditions and rules apply
