The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and just a few steps from Gusarica beach. On the ground floor of the house there is a bathroom and a large air-conditioned living room with two couches for accommodating two additional people. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have access to a balcony and a view of the sea, Komiža and the island of Biševo. On the same floor there is also another bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The living room opens onto a 30 m2 summer terrace and a completely renovated kitchen.

Final cleaning is 100 euros per stay. A deposit of 40% of the total price is required for booking. The reservation confirmation will be sent exclusively by e-mail. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival in cash. Guests pay for the entire booked period, regardless of possible late arrival or early departure. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. Towels are not provided. The house is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 09:30 on the day of departure.
