The house is located near the town center. The sea and the first beach are just below the house 10 meters away. The house is surrounded by many gardens and also has an outdoor shower that all guests are happy to use. The shops are as close as the center of town itself, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is also a barbecue area available. Parking is free in the vicinity of the house.

Payment is made directly to the owner's account and the advance is 30% of the total price of the reservation. Payment is expected no later than one month before guest arrival. Check in is from 2 pm to 8 pm and check out from 7am to 10am.
