Residential tax is included in price.For a stay of less than 4 nights in the period from July 1 to August 15, the total price increases by 30%. The renter will refund the advance payment in the following cases and in the following manner: a) if the guest cancels the reservation 60 or more days from the start of the rental in the amount of 100%, b) if the guest cancels the reservation within 60 to 30 days from the start of the rental in the amount of 50%, c) if the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days from the start of the rental, NO refund will be made.
