Although our house is a 5 minute walk from the center of the idyllic town of Ilovik, it is special and worth a visit. The only one, within the farm, we have a spacious, luxuriously decorated apartment categorized with 4 suns, which you will not easily find on the islands. Wooden floors, a combination of modern and antique wooden furniture, which we mostly restore ourselves, will surprise you with their comfort and beauty. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the entire port and the neighboring islands of Sv. Peter and Orjule. And most importantly, at night you have silence and a view of the starry sky. The apartment satisfies all the desires of modern man, but also offers more than that. We are the authors of a monograph on Ilovik, here you can find out everything you need to know about the history of the island, nature, customs, there is a large library at your disposal. We are animal lovers, we raise sheep and goats that you can hang out with, as well as our dogs, cats, ducks (we are a farm after all!). On the large, covered terrace you can use a large wooden table.

Payment and terms

When booking, an advance payment of 25% of the price of the stay is paid. Until the advance payment is made, the reservation is not made. The rest of the price is paid when the guest comes to the apartment. Upon arrival at the apartment, a deposit is paid for any damage that the guest may commit in the amount of 200 EUR. The amount of the deposit is refundable when the guest leaves the apartment (if there is no damage) and if the apartment is left in a decent condition, so that it does not require extraordinary, unusual cleaning. Regular cleaning is free of charge. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, so all smokers are asked to satisfy their need to smoke outside the apartment. We want to give our guests maximum comfort and service, to feel comfortable and beautiful, but we appeal to keep our apartment, because that way their stay will be more beautiful for us and them. Departure time is 11 a.m. and arrival time is 2 p.m.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

When the down payment is paid and thus the reservation is made, in case of cancellation of the guest, the down payment is not refundable. That is why we ask guests to book when they are sure they will come. In case the guest cancels the booked arrival, we will always try to offer him accommodation in another free term, and it is up to the guest to decide whether to use it or lose the down payment.

Our main activity is agriculture - sheep and goat breeding and production of premium sheep cheese, cottage cheese, goat yogurt and other delicacies. Here you can have breakfast or dinner of our products, you will hardly resist homemade jams, vegetables from our garden or our juicy watermelons and melons. We produce all of the above completely naturally, without the use of any pesticides or fertilizers. But on Ilovik you will not only enjoy our good food and beautiful apartment. Ilovik offers peace, numerous quiet and peaceful bays, without the hustle and bustle of tourists, beautiful walks, beautiful views and starry skies that you can experience only in pristine nature. We are here to take you around the island (if you wish), show you the island trails and bays and show you our way of life in harmony with nature and animals.

The best apartment on the island

A very spacious apartment, fully equipped, with a beautiful view of the entire bay. The hosts extremely nice and obliging. 5 minutes to the center, another 2 minutes to the beach. You can walk almost to the apartment on an even, paved path. On the other side of the island (about 20 minutes) there are two beautiful bays, one of which has a sandy and gently sloping bottom. The island is very calm, the perfect place to relax.

More about the owner

We are a young family who built a house on Ilovik in 2017 and thus formally moved from Rijeka to the island. We decided to engage in agriculture, primarily sheep farming, but also goat, fruit and vegetable growing. In addition to this basic job, we want to receive guests so that we can share with them the beauty and peace of the island and offer them our natural products.
