We stayed in apartment A2+2 FROM 08, -15,08,2024. Nice, neat and clean. Identical as in the ad. Modernly decorated. In front of the apartment is a large terrace that has shade throughout the day. A beautiful little lawn, greenery with flowers and a palm tree, it looks really nice. Of course, a view of the sea. The hosts are very kind and nice. Available if you need something, yet unobtrusive. The beach is beautiful and clean, there is both sun and shade. He can choose what he likes. It only took us some time to get used to walking up the hill after returning from the beach, but there are shortcuts, so we mastered that too, The location is great, you can reach Split and Omiš in 15-20 minutes. By bus or car. Recommendation for the restaurant Therapy on the beach.

We had a wonderful week here. The interior of the apartment is completely new, the kitchen is fully equipped. The lack of a microwave oven is negligible. The washing machine is amazing, we have never been to a place with a washing machine. Now we know it's good to have it. Eternal panorama for breakfast, dinner and conversations. The hosts are friendly and helpful, we understood each other even though we didn't speak the same language. The sea is 150 m below, the way back is a bit steep, but it's worth going down. The car is recommended to buy due to its striking parts mentioned above. The Lidl in Split approx. 14 km away, Ribola approx. 700 m, Tommy Market, Studenac approx. 800 m. We recommend the Therapy pizzeria on the beach. A hamburger is as delicious as a kebab in a bun. A little further along the beach, the Rivica bar is also recommended for the aforementioned hamburgers and kebabs. Since both places are on the beach, it gets quite crowded in the afternoons. If you want a sandy beach, head to Omiš (it's 4 km away), the water is less salty than here, and the most important thing is the sandy beach. If you don't want to park near the beach, you can expect a fee of 1.5 eur/hour. The apartment is equipped with everything, there is also air conditioning for which you do not have to pay extra, we could also bring a dog, but it would hurt the poor. No grass, no smell, all the other dogs we met were "year-old" dogs, regardless, he felt good with us, we couldn't take him to the sea, but we didn't want to either. We were satisfied with everything, I recommend it to others!
Recommended for : Families with children, People with pets,We stayed 12 days last summer in an apartment Tomic (2 + 1) with a small child and we are very pleased. The accommodation facility is very neat, clean and sufficiently equipped. Price affordable, you can expect accommodation units. Interijner and exterior is identical to the pictures, terrace view of the sea. The hosts are also very approachable, friendly and nice people. Although the apartments coming up the hill, to us it does not matter, because I'm building and parking lot are located on the plane. A big plus for proximity to the beach, where you can and walk shortcut, and the same is beautiful! Otherwise, Mali Rat is an ideal destination to which it is not far to one side to Omis (beautiful beaches, excursions to the islands), or Makarska, and on the other to Split and Trogir. In conclusion, the destination can be ideal for those looking for an active holiday, and the location and for those looking for peace, beautiful and not far to the beach.
