Dugi Rat is a town situated between Split and Omiš, consisted of 3 villages: Duće, Dugi Rat and Jesenice. It is located 15 kilometers south east of Split and it lies on Adriatic Highway and Dubrovnik – Split (D8) road. According to the last population census in 2001st, population of area is 7300 inhabitants, but only Dugi Rat has 3500 inhabitants. Main forms of accommodation are private apartments and rooms.
