To book is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount on our bank account. The rest is payable upon arrival. Arriving at the apartment after 14 hours, and go up to 10 hours. In case you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please notify us in advance. If you do not have guests on arrival or departure of the day we will allow you to get a few hours earlier or leave an hour later, of course without additional payment.
