At the bottom of Lapad Bay you will find a beautiful sandy beach where you can enjoy the sun and the sea (100 meters from the apartment). Residence tax is included in the price. To reserve an accommodation, you need to pay a 30% deposit, and the rest upon arrival at the apartment. In case of non-arrival or cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not returned. The price shown is for 3 people, for the 4th person you pay an additional 20 euros. It is possible to organize a transfer and a private excursion with a boat. The ideal arrival time is 14:00, and the departure time is until 10:00.

The accommodation was great, quiet and clean… the environment showed us what opportunities we had in Lapad and everything around Lapad. Family with a child of 8 years, we stayed at Antonia at the end of March for three nights, four days. We're delighted. Antonio is the first host to pay us coffee and a pleasant conversation upon arrival. Even more pleasant surprise awaited us after arriving in the apartment because everything was nicer than in the photos. High-level cleanliness from dishwasher, fridge and freezer, to the impeccable neatness of the bathroom, scented bedding and towel. And as a "cake on the cake", a wonderful terrace that exits from the bedroom with cozy chairs where you can enjoy morning coffee and dinners with wine. Antonio is every compliment to kindness and professionalism. Each of our next arrivals in Dubrovnik has a place to enjoy!

As first time Apartmanija users, we were very impressed with personalised and extremely friendly service, upmost cleanliness and services of the apartment and excellent quiet location. Easily saw the sights of Dubrovnik from the area and ate at some excellent restaurants on recommendations from Antonio. So friendly was Antonio, that we were just strolling in Cavtat on a Sunday afternoon and out pops Antonio from one of his Cafes to say hi and tell us where the best local icecream was! Spare some time to have a coffee get to know Antonio at his favourite cafe. Antonio is passionate about his hometown, check out Cavtat. We would definitely recommend Antonio's apartments.

Since its arrival in the apartment until the time we left we complained we came right there. Antonio and his family are very kind and are the hosts. The apartment is equipped so that no one can find fault (you have everything you need). I am delighted purity apartment. As for the location, it's close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything else. To the city you have 10 minutes by bus, and the bus station is 2-3 minutes from the apartment. All in all, I am thrilled and can not wait to once again spend their holidays in this apartment. :)

Excellent location and hosts! I loved the convenience. I was within mere minutes of the local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Tommy grocery store, bus stop, post office and beach. The apartment is brand new and very clean. The terrace with a sun umbrella and beautiful flowers made it the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the fresh Croatian air, the scenery and quiet. The apartment has wifi, Tv, stove and a washing machine. Nothing beats the smell of clean clothes hanging from line right outside the front door. Host Antonio provided local information and had maps and brochures waiting in the apartment for my arrival. I found the perfect home away from home in Croatia. Hvala Dubrovnik Apartments Lapad.

We had an excellent week at Dubrovnik. The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and quiet. It conforms to the pictures. It is near a bus station to go to old city easily, supermarket, bank, restaurants and lapad beach. Antonio is a really great host, very helpful. He gave us some good advices about visits around Dubrovnik, and we had the pleasure to get a private visit of Cavtat. We had everything we needed. From the very beginning (when we sent the inquiry) we had a good feeling about the apartment and the owner. Antonio answered to our mails quickly, kindly and in detail. He has proved to be a perfect owner and host; he showed us the neighborhood and gave us plenty of useful tips on how to get around in the town. The apartment is exactly like on the photos. It's new, stylish, modern, well-equipped, clean, big ... really beautiful. The parking for the car is also provided. The neighbourhood is calm, quiet. The location is excellent; close to the beach, restaurants and bars, playgrounds, park, bus station, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket. When we arrived at the location is the first thing impressed me, because it was all at your fingertips, especially beach, because of the children. This is one of the best apartment where I stayed. The apartment is extra decorated, very modern and equipped with all you need. We came with the car so we had free parking. Among other things, it was the ultimate highlight will bed which was incredibly comfortable. Apartment position is excellent, everything was very, very close, beaches, bars, excellent restaurants. The owner was great, as soon as we got took us sightseeing in and showed us everything we needed. I would recommend this apartment to everyone. Simply owner bothered about the apartment and us. What a fabulous place! Perfectly situated in a lovely part of Dubrovnik within easy reach of the old town and within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Antonio is the perfect host; even though we only stayed one night he still showing us around the local area and was happy for us to contact him if we had any questions. The apartment itself is as modern and fit for purpose as it looks. I only wish we had more time to stay for longer.
