Our studio apartment is located in an exceptionally quiet location, without the noise of cars and the hustle and bustle of the city. Separate, surrounded by a large garden, with local fruit and vegetables. Second row from the sea, where you can choose quiet and rocky beaches, or the beaches of two 5-star hotels that are 5 minutes from our studio apartment, Hotel Libertas Rixos and Hotel Bellevue. A covered terrace with flowers around it, with a view of the sea and the island of Lokrum, is surely the most beautiful part that can happen to you. If you want to "escape" from noise and crowds, our studio is ideal for peace, quiet, and those moments of solitude that you want to allow yourself on vacation. Parking is free, there are no stairs, and it is also available for older people. It is a 20-minute walk to the center of Stari Grad, a small store is 50 meters away, a bakery, restaurants, fast food are 5 minutes away. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. Gatherings and loud music are not allowed. The sofa is a pull-out, so the studio is ideal for a couple. Welcome!!

Payment and terms

Advance payment is 30%, the rest upon arrival Advance payment is non-refundable, except in exceptional situations (death of close people, accident, illness, with attached documentation). Arrival time is after 2 pm Departure time is 10 am. Arrivals after 8 in the evening are charged 20 euros. Loud music and gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Use the air conditioner only while you are in the studio apartment at a temperature between 22 and 24 degrees. When leaving the studio apartment, turn off the air conditioner and open the windows. Do not share the terrace with anyone. The host takes care of the maintenance of the yard (watering, etc.), and with your consent he will arrange the time. It is important for us to respect your privacy and rest.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Perfect host

The host is a wonderful woman, very helpful. The studio is small but enough for a short stay in the city, very clean and in a very good position. Parking was easy even in mid-august. Very good stay.
