Near the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The town of Crikvenica is only 2.5 km from the house, easily accessible by car or on foot along the sea. You can enjoy various sports activities, such as boat rentals, water sports, tennis or mini golf. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to national parks (Plitvička jezera, Risnjak park...) and beautiful cities (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).
