Dramalj is a place north of Crikvenica. It’s a well known tourist resort. Its location close to Rijeka, Opatija and Crikvenica secured good development of tourism in Dramalj.
It’s a small place, with 1456 inhabitants, which are mainly involved in tourism and catering. A more intensive development of Dramalj started back in the 19th century, because of its closeness to mentioned bigger towns.
Climate is fine, with mild winters and warm sunny summers, which is one more reason, alongside its location at the seaside, why tourists choose it as their location for holidays.

For younger population there is a disco club, but it don’t has to be reserved just for the younger population, as every year even older guest entering it. There is no deficit of fun during summer. Also, tourists will find numerous restaurants offering fresh sea food, or some other type of food, whatever they choose. While they have their dinner at the terrace of some fine restaurant or private apartment they rented, they will be able to enjoy breathtaking view on the island Krk which is just at the other side of the sea. There is also a clinic, so if some guest will need medical care he will not have to go outside Dramalj to get one.
