The house with modern and well-equipped apartments is located in the second row from the sea, near a restaurant, a market and a bakery. The facility has a spacious terrace with a swimming pool, deckchairs and an outdoor grill. There is a parking lot for guests in front of the house. On the ground floor there are studio apartment A1 (ID:45200) and apartment A2 (ID:45382) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen. On the 1st floor are apartments A4 (ID:45381), A5 (ID:45380) and A6 (ID:45235) with sea view, and on the last floor is the penthouse apartment A7 (ID:45234) which provides exceptional comfort.

Summer 2019

This summer we stayed in the Novoselic apartment for the first time. Thanks to the host for the hospitality, we were pleased with the accommodation, everything is as pictured, and the view is beautiful, even better live. Dramalj is beautiful, the sea is clear, the promenade as long as you can walk ... I definitely recommend it! Best regards, Mary!
