The family house with apartments is located in Dramalj, a quiet part of the Crikvenica Riviera, only 400 meters from the promenade by the sea that connects Dramalj with Crikvenica. Apartments A2 + 2 consist of an equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed for 2 people and a balcony with a sea view. Apartments A3 consist of an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a balcony with a sea view. Apartment A5 consists of an equipped kitchen with living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. The apartment has a spacious terrace of 20m2 with a direct sea view. All apartments have air conditioning, TV and Wi-fi. Next to the house there is a private parking for guests, and in the yard a barbecue. .

Payment and terms

To book an apartment, an advance payment of 30% of the agreed price of accommodation is required. After the advance payment, the price of accommodation is reduced by the amount of the advance payment. Ideal time to enter the apartment from 14h. , and the time of leaving the apartment until 10 am. The price includes the use of air conditioning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi wireless internet, apartment cleaning. For stays less than 4 days the price of accommodation increases by 30%.
Residential tax is included in price.

You can not go wrong

Vacation

Last summer we spent 2 weeks in this apartment. We are very satisfied. The apartments are very clean with air condition and all necessary stuff for cooking. We have 2 small kids and the backyard in shade with a playground was great. When kids were playing we could enjoy in coffee in peace. The beaches are near, with a shade and they are adjusted for children.
